ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SCHEME IN BGC STARTS ON MONDAY
In a bid to address the large volume of vehicles passing through the area, the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) management in Taguig will implement the one-way traffic scheme in one of its loop roads starting Monday, Sept. 17.
The loop road at the center of BGC traverses 28th St., 11th Ave., 30th St., and Rizal Drive.
In a statement, the BGC management said, the move is part of the BGC masterplan and is seen as the “most efficient traffic circulation scheme for the city’s street grid network.”
It added, they will also “continue its existing wheel clamping and towing operations to keep major streets free of obstructions.”
The BGC has also partnered with navigation app, Waze for traffic rerouting.
